Do not buy this machine
Descaler mode error - can’t use the machine at all. Descaled it 15 times now and same error loop. So frustrating as cost such a lot of money.

Sage Nexpresso Creatista Pro Coffee machine
I am delighted with my Nexpresso Creatista Pro coffee maker, it exceeds all expectations & the coffee tastes amazing. I love the touch screen & options of drinks can be adjusted to taste, ie. Coffee, froth, temperature of milk. It comes with a 2 year warranty.

Descale and heating problems from the start
As others have said on here, the machine gets stuck in a descale loop and won’t heat properly. It started off well but has also never given warning of the need to descale like our old Creatista machine did. So you can be a hurry in the morning and it won’t make you even an espresso before you descale. Given the current high price I would steer well clear.

Wish I'd bought this sooner
Makes amazing coffee. Super simple to use. Easy to clean. I love that it can steam the milk while making the shot, and I don't have to do anything, set it and wait, saves a ton of time.

Not good seller
I have a problem with the coffee machine and this is a second one in last 1.5 years.They have same problem-leaking underneath the machine.The seller is not helpful and told me to contact the manufacturer and refuse for return!

Is not what should be .
To be honest, I was expecting more from this machine. The only additional features it offers are a touchscreen display and the ability to set the temperature and coffee level. I had before Lattisima Pro was old version but I can say the functionality was better than this machine. And still can make the same coffee nothing different. I was expecting for this price to receive at least few couple of Coffee pods. I saw a cheaper machine have great deal with free pods and doing the same things nothing special.I’m disappointed ☹️
