I am absolutely in love with this CILI full Body Massage Mat. It’s incredibly comfortable and easy to use as I can place it on my bed , chair, or sofa it instantly turn any spot into a mini spa. The 10 vibration motors do an amazing job targeting my back, shoulders, and legs, and the 2 heating levels and 5 massage modes add the perfect amount of warmth and muscles. It relief pain from muscles and can easily store after usage you can fold it easily. This flexibility it brings is amazing! I am really very satisfied with the product Great value. I recommend!

I ordered this to go in my leather recliner. It's not the most comfy chair, but it is what it is. I have fibromyalgia and I felt this might help with pain and soreness and make that chair feel a bit more comfortable. Set up was pretty self explanatory. I didn't have to reference the instructions to put in the chair and hook it up. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the straps around the recliner back, they were to short. The head of my chair lifts so I was able to tuck the very top of the mat under and that helps it stay in place. Once I sat down to test it, I noticed that the material is firm, it can handle the heat and the movements of vibration and heat. I also felt the knobs in the mat right away, and they aren't really comfortable to sit on when your not using it. Then, I noticed that this material attracts dog hair, bummer. Once I turned the mat on and reclined back it was much more bearable. Turning the mat on was easy peasy. I really do like the different options as well as heat. You get 10 different vibration modes and they all hit the different areas of my body except my shoulders. Even with tucking it under the head rest, I thought it might bring the mat up to my shoulders a bit better, but not so much. I like the medium setting the best, it's not to powerful, but strong enough to get the job done. Plus to much power will only make my pain worse. There's a happy medium and this setting works best for me. I do get relief from the massage when I'm done. Given the features of this mat and the relief it provides, I'm sure I will use this quite often. This does appear to be well made and I think it will hold up over time.

This massager exceeded my expectations. The airflow is strong and pleasant, the vibration is powerful but comfortable, and the heat function warms up the back very well. After using it, my muscles felt much more relaxed and the tension was noticeably reduced. It’s easy to use, well made, and works smoothly. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

This massager came just in time as my back was aching! It came well packaged and after I unpacked it, I immediately rolled it out onto my bed to use (please ignore the messy bed and dog furs 😅). The heat is very nice and relaxing and there are several massage vibration patterns, which was really nice so I could target the areas of my back that were aching. The intensity of the massage was good, but I do wish there was just one setting higher to more deeply massage away the pain. The padding on the mat was thicker than I expected, which was nice and made it comfortable to lay down on and I even dozed off for a bit while using it. I liked that this was a mat-style massager so I could roll over and have it massage the tops of my thighs or scoot up and down to adjust the location of the massaging. There's also a loop on the back at one end so you can attach it to a chair, which is cool; I haven't used it on a chair yet, but I love that it's possible. There's also a loop on the side to slide the remote into when using the massager so it looks neater and you wont get tangled in it. I've been lounging on it all weekend, so I definitely recommend this product!

ZERO massage. All non-sense al vibration and not adjustable to actually hit any of your body if you’re short and thin. This should be called “giant vibration mat” Obviously I’m returning this

The timer shutting it off constantly and no way to override is annoying. There needs to be more padding to cover the metal vibrating rounds in it. It has helped me sleep with putting a pad over it to help the vibratory from hurting me. The heat and vibration both have helped me not hurt as much at night for better sleep.

This CILI massage mat full body massager is actually a vibration-heat pad as opposed to a deep kneading or shiatsu massager. It combines heat with the vibration at four spots (shoulder, middle back, rear, and calf). The heat can be run independently without turning on vibration (all you need to do is click on “heat” on the control panel). The massager is lightweight, soft and made of polyester. It can be easily folded up and stowed away after use. It is easy to clean. Caution: do not throw it in a washing machine, rather spot clean it with a moist paper towel. The massager comes with a wired control panel the use of which is very self-explanatory. If you want to use the mat as a heating pad, click on “heat” only. Otherwise, click the on/off button to initiate the vibration, and switch between one of the five vibration modes by clicking on “mode” (e.g., M1 to M5). As a matter of fact, M1 to M5 differs in the alternating of the vibration of the 4 body parts, and the different intervals. I personally like M3, since it stays in every spot longer than other modes (e.g., longer interval). Alternatively, you can customize the vibrations modes by clicking on each of the “shoulder”, “back”, “lumbar” and “leg” buttons. Basically, click on the aforementioned button will turn on or off the buttons, and in the “on” state, the pad will maintain vibration of the spot without “off”. One of my favorite modes is to turn all the fours buttons on and have it run for 30 min till it automatedly turns off. You have three vibration intensities to choose from. I find it that the best place to use the mat is on the bed, floor and my recliner such that the mat could be fully extended. To summarize, if you are looking for a budget soothing pad after a day’s work, this mat is for you. The combination of different vibration modes (spots and intensity), and heating will reinvigorate you after 30 min.
