This massager exceeded my expectations. The airflow is strong and pleasant, the vibration is powerful but comfortable, and the heat function warms up the back very well. After using it, my muscles felt much more relaxed and the tension was noticeably reduced. It’s easy to use, well made, and works smoothly. I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

The full body massage mat is great to use, and helped me relax. I like the fact that you can target certain areas in the body with the massage and that you can lay it on a recliner. That was my favorite part, as I would use it while sitting and watching TV. I love the heating option. It is what my chiropractor recommended for my lower back pain. The only suggestion i have is to add more instructions regarding the placement of the mat. I initially had to look at pictures to determine the right orientation. It would help if that was printed on the mat itself.

In general massage mat is adequate. Provides range of intensity, heat levels, and massage. Biggest issue; strap is not long enough to secure the pad around a typical recliner. I'll have to add length and hopefully velcro it securely.

Looks nice but that's about it. Only because mine came without the charger so I can't use it. Pretty much just a matt. Then get told by customer service of Amazon I could buy a replacement for 17.99 but yet confirm to me that it should had one in the box. I am not interested in spending another 20 bucks to fix there mess up.

I actually bought 2 of these pads the small chair size & the large “Full” Body Size. Purchased for my husband for Fathers Day. The photos feature the pad on a recliner that is the entire length of the chair & the person sitting on them has the pad to their ankles. After digging around on the Amazon site I found the dimensions, which is this: The pad itself is 59” which is 4.11” my husband is 5’7 not a tall man, the length goes from head to his mid thighs & yes his recliner is a bit taller than that. Yes I guess I should have physically measured it myself, but I relied on the photos shown But this is my reasoning for thinking this is deceptive photography or photo shopped. There is a strap that fits around the width of the chair, it’s a standard recliner. The straps are not elastic, so there’s no give. The straps including the clip equal 38.5” it did not extend to the circumference of the chair. We considered finding an alternative to make that work. But why should I have to make alterations? So tomorrow it is going back to Amazon since I’m within their return requirements. Now the smaller chair massager, it fits perfectly, has an elastic horizontal strap that fits & massager worked fine. But I am saving all the boxes, since there were reviews stating the electronics failed in short time. Unfortunately, I’m not getting a reliable feeling about this product after reading some of the reviews. The full size goes back tomorrow, the smaller I’ll keep an eye on. I give this a 2.5 stars.
