FedEx damaged the box significantly, causing a large dent in the front of the trash can. I didn't even open it and it was easily visible through the whole in the box. Amazon's return system continued to show error messages so I tried the seller messaging instead, and Aria responded promptly, asking for photos and arranging for a return. It was all taken care of and she shipped a replacement and didn't want us to return the damaged can. The 2nd can arrived in great shape. No complaints. We really like how it works for our kitchen and bins for trash and recycling. The seller needs to package it better to prevent the damage, because I have seen several reviews that the can arrives dented. I believe they don't ship it that way, but FedEx isn't careful. But still, the seller or manufacturer needs to put styrofoam around sides of can not just top and bottom in the box.

The trash can is really big. But the divided compartments inside arw super small. It is also hard to get the trash bag to stay in place. It is well made. Just doesn't work for my family. It was shipped quickly and as promised.

Love the look and size. I love having the separation for trash and recycle.
