Plush Insoles That Make a Real Difference for Long Hours on Concrete
I got these MOVE All Day Comfort Extra Plush Foam Insoles for my daughter, who recently started a retail job that requires long hours standing on a concrete floor. She had been experiencing persistent foot and back discomfort, and these insoles have made a dramatic difference. The plush foam provides excellent cushioning, reduces stress on her feet and knees, and significantly alleviates the fatigue and soreness she experienced after long shifts. She now wears them daily with confidence, and they have noticeably improved her comfort and overall endurance on the job. Overall, these insoles are highly effective, well-designed, and a must-have for anyone who spends extended time on hard surfaces.

Thick and comfortable. Well made.
Very comfortable. I have wide flat feet, and standing most of the day. These are like pillows for my feet.

Very comfortable!
These are great. I replaced the insole in my shoes and my husbands with these and they work great. They are the perfect thickness so they don’t add anything to the insole to make your shoe tight. I have plantar fasciitis and I need a good insole and these work well for it. Easy to put in and they feel great

Great upgrade for footwear
These inserts have transformed the comfort level of many of my sneakers. Anyone who wears Jordan 1s or Dunks probably knows they’re not the most comfortable sneakers out there. These insoles adds cushioning without taking up too much space. The front half of the insole is maybe a mm thicker than the stock insole so your toes won’t be crushed. The arch support took a little bit to get used to, I found it very similar to the J3 arch. The biggest change is the heel portion and where it really shines for me. It’s a lot thicker than a regular insole and the material does a lot to cushion heel strikes and provides a little bit of bounce towards your next step. They’re a little pricey but a worthwhile investment if you wear your sneakers for long periods.

If you’re at the top of the size range, go up one. Five Stars.
**First things first: if you wear 10.5M, DO NOT BUY THOSE! Get the 11-11-5. For most of my 10.5M Jordan’s, the 10-1.5M aren’t long enough and will leave a gap at the end of the toe. Noticeable enough to bug you. Depending on some other brands, you may have the opposite problem where the 11-11.5M insole is too long? But just trace the stock insole onto the bottom of the new ones, grab some VERY GOOD SCISSORS, and cut along that line. (These are VERY well-made. Get ya wife nem scissors they don’t like you touching. The GOOD scissors.) Aside from that? 6/5 stars** If you buy retro sneakers like Jordan 1-14, or some Timbs, or Ewings or whatever- just get these. Not the game days or baseline. The All-Days are the ones you need to make dope looking throwback sneakers from your childhood not hurt your middle aged feet. Game Day/Game Day Pro are for if say, you want to hoop in some AJ12 for real. Or you bought some actual modern shoes but the insoles suck or there’s too much room in the shoe so you want to make it a more one to one fit. Baseline - these don’t have an arch support or torsion plate. These are more for snug fit ball shoes like the NXXT Gen or LeBron 21-22 (can’t speak for 23’s, mine are coming today, but those have a drop in. Likely unnecessary). But my NXXT Gen? You can’t put an all day in there. Your foot will no longer fit. Game day? You might. Depending on your foot. But the Baseline is legit for when you just really hate the flimsy stock insole. Baselines are putting as much step in comfort as you can muster in as thin a profile as possible so as to work with any shoe with a replaceable insole. It is also great for those Serious Player Only Easy1 which come with a thinner drop in midsole because that leaves room for a baseline or even a game day. But the All Day? Those are perfect to turn brick cup soles à la AF 1 or Jordan’s 1-9+ into all day wearables. Like, “full day at Disneyland” wearable. “Stuck in line at TSA for hours” wearables. Wife said “just come with me shopping right quick I just need one thing” and there’s no chairs at the mall wearable. These are for when the shoes are fire, but they FEEL like it too. Get you a few pair of these. You are going to want some extras on deck. TRUST me. ALSO, gotta love shoe inserts that you can buy by the size.

They were so close.
As an aging sneakerhead, seeking comfort begins to creep in quickly, and finding it in today's sneakers is almost non-existent if there isn't Boost, React, Fresh Foam, ABZORB, etc. I've used every promoted insole you may have seen: from YouTuber sponsors, sports player endorsements, or sneakerhead-promoted endorsements, pushing all types of insoles from Hefe-Luxx to SOLE. None of them — and I cannot stress this enough — compares to the All Day insoles. The arch-support frame shank has essentially removed all stress in each step and has made every single Jordan and Dunk I have, feel like New Balance sneakers. The closed-cell foam features a somewhat slip-resistant outer that prevents them from moving when worn, which is another plus. I implore you to try these and take them out for a day's worth of walking at a park, hike, or theme/amusement park, and I promise you this will be one of the best purchases this year. I've two pairs now and have been switching them between sneakers, but the goal is to now replace all the Hefe-Luxx and other insoles in each pair with the All Day's. Update as of Nov. 15, 2023: After a maybe 10-ish wears in my Jordan 1's, I noticed a mild "creaking" today so I decided to reseat the insoles. I removed them and immediately saw cracking, similar to some people's experience. It's unfortunate because my God these are so so comfortable right outta the bag. But for a product backed by some of the most well-known NBA players and sneakerhead YouTubers (looking at your WearTesters) this is a bad look.

i would highly recommend these for any insole wearer. They felt very good and has good stability in the heel cup - the arch support for this particular sole - isn't very strong , but its meant to be a bit more pliable - if you are on your feet for a long time- you need a bit of " give" - my feet were not hurting or tired from using them in work, or walking . they are well built and the extra heel impact area is really good and stable. they fit true to size (I'm a size 15) and slide into any one of my athletic shoes. I find taking out your basic inner layer is the most comfortable. but its fine if you leave it in ..
