Works perfectly, easy set up

Broke after 3 months. Called support line and it seems to be a non existent number. Extremely disappointed in this product and lack of support. If you want to throw your money away...buy this.

Works as it should. Legs are a little flimsy but it does the job. Would recommend.

This was another great addition to my kitchen that will encourage me to entertain

I bought this because I needed a portable food warming station to keep food warm while it was packaged. I set this on a counter and placed pans of freshly cooked chicken under it, and it did the job - the area under the lamp was extremely hot. One day, however, it just went out. Nothing out of the normal happened - it wasn't dropped, there was no power surge, it wasn't stored improperly - but it just stopped working about a month after I purchased it. This lamp was used infrequently - maybe about once every 2-3 days, and it wasn't run hours upon hours either. I'm not sure why it stopped, but that gives this product a 3-star rating.

We were happy with the quality and performance of this product.

Didn’t even get 6 months out of it and already burned up . We are only open for 4 hours a day
