Excellent stapler, heavy duty and does not jam if you use quality staples

Here is the thing with staplers. They are cheap to buy and there is plenty of choice. You can buy a stapler for £10.50. My advise; pay the extra £14.48 and you will save yourself from a lot of frustration. This Rapid stapler is made in Sweden, its construction is sturdy and of good quality and its ergonomics really good. It also performs flawlessly and effortlessly. I actually cannot believe it costs less than £25 to buy. I reckon they probably sell loads and the manufacturing costs are pretty low as its design has remained unchanged for decades and for good reason. My verdict; this is possibly the only manual stapler you will ever need either for tasks around the house or for professional use.

This gun is just amazing, work like dream, so stable, never ever have any problems, used 2 different brand of staples and it goes without problems, worth every penny. 100% quality item.

Needed to whack a BIG plastic sheet into place in the loft to cover up some loft insulation due to having a new roof , which looks brilliant by the way, shame the old one only lasted 60 years - tight Yorkshire man speaking there :-) On arrival I noticed it had no staples - on reading the description it did point this out, so my mistake. So ordered some rather expensive same brand and it works a treat. Have noticed it’s a little heavy and needs a bit of Arnie strength on using the hardest mode but works ok for me. Would suggest practicing on a spare bit of wood so you get to know the tools foibles before going full pelt on your project only to find you’ve made a mistake - aka tools didn’t work right :-) as its a pain attempting extract the staple out of the carpet - oops. Only grumble is the price, when its combined with the bought staples so keep it in mind - manufacturer being a bit tight there re the staples - tut Keep the fingers clear and carry on stapling

We particularly liked the fact that their are 3 settings available, so ideal for doing craft work, DIY projects or firing staples into soft wood.

I just bought this new Rapid Pro R34 staple gun to replace my old one which eventually failed after 20-25 years use. It is a solidly built tool that fires heavy duty staples (Type 140) ranging in length from 6mm to about 15mm. The fact the staple gun arrived pre-lubricated in all the important places gives confidence in the manufacturing process. There is a sliding adjuster to change the force of the stapling but some materials need a lot of force so users need to be aware of how hard they may need to grip. If you are looking for a serious manual staple gun, I can recommend this one.

Bought to replace a previous model which had failed due to the main spring that fires the staple had snapped (spring not sufficiently tempered?). Only use occasionally, and is working fine.

I ve been use these model for no years and was pretty mutch the best staple gun you can buy , but the newest ones are terrible, broke down after 2 weeks (but Amazon made a refund without any issues, which is nice from them ) 5 stars for coustomer service

Don’t bother with cheaper staplers. This one is great.
