Yes, excellent product, does what it claims. You probably don't need as much of it as you think. It increases the mass of the panel changing its resonant frequency. So the panel doesn't resonate (vibrate in tune) with everyday van and road typical vibrations. As long as you add enough mass to significantly shift the resonant frequency, that's all you need. Sound proofing is a different kettle of fish (think baffles). A different product is needed for that. This is sound deadening and its good at that.

Very easy to use

Great product. Should come with a warning how sharp the edges are. Cut my finger really badly on it. Wear gloves.

Used on my MK2 golf GTi to soundproof the interior. It now sounds much better. Less engine noise and panel vibration. Get yourself a little roller to help stick the panels down.

So far I've deadened the bonnet, boot and 1 wheel well and still haven't used half a box. Not as thick as some other more expensive options but still gets the job done. I find doubling up a little strip across 2 sheets can further deaden. Great value for money

Great product

Great product! Made an immediate difference. All the rattly sounds went and just a very quiet van. Sticks on surfaces very well and cuts easily to shape.
