A bland substitute for potatoes
Definitely different with virtually no taste of banana, or anything else for that matter, ok as a substitute for potatoes but not really my idea of what I want as part of a meal

Great for vegan fish and chips
Usually a little hard to find in the shops, so great to be able to get form Amazon. We've only ever made fried vegan fish with it. With a nice crispy batter, it tastes great.
