Easy set up
This is our second time Clock. So far so good. Easy set up. No Complaints

Works just as good as the expensive ones.
This works great. If it gets unplugged it goes right back to the time stamp it’s supposed to be.

No info on this repair
Works great but now the printing does not work. I looked for repair solutions online but can’t find anything. Does anyone else have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Great purchase
I needed a prompt response to a minor programming issue with the thermal time clock. The Offnova customer service representative did not disappoint. I received a prompt reply as well as follow-up to make sure everything was working as expected. This item and the accessories fit my budget and it was easy to set up.

Non Functioning
It was working great….until it wasn’t. First it stopped printing the time on on the card and then we got that to work. Now, it prints 1-3 days off. I’d like to replace it or return it.

Service and replacement
Though it took a bit of convincing, when it was shown that the time clock was, indeed, defective, they were quick and efficient about replacing it. Service personnel were cooperative and respectful in their inquiry.
