Essential for perfect homemade pizza dough If you’re serious about making authentic Italian-style pizza, then trust me: this flour makes all the difference. I bought it specifically to use with my Ninja outdoor pizza oven, and the results were honestly the best I’ve ever had – light, airy, slightly chewy crust with just the right crisp on the outside. I used it to make homemade pizza dough, and while of course, a great recipe plays a part, I truly believe that this type of flour is key to achieving the right texture. It behaves beautifully when kneading and rising, and it’s clearly higher in protein and elasticity compared to regular all-purpose flour. The dough was super smooth and easy to work with. The end result? I don’t say this lightly: I’ve never eaten better pizza in my life, and that includes many restaurant pizzas. If you want to level up your pizza nights at home, this flour is a must. Nice tipo flour - getting harder to find in the shops now - only thing i would say is the bread made with this doesn't seem to last as long as bread made with the Italian 00 version

Can't really go wrong of 00 flour is what your after, sometimes struggle in the supermarkets near me for some reason so coming here is definitely convenient.
