These Hey Dudes have the PERFECT intermediate slope that has saved me from ongoing issues in muscles and tendons that have become used to the usual steep slope in today's shoes. The higher ankle rise on the specific style I ordered works GREAT for me compared to the original low cut Hey Dudes. The lower cut feels like a house slipper to me...not enough structure and slides around no matter the size. The higher rise style feels like a slipper shoe combo! Comfy, cushiony, but no slipping around in the shoe so all those little muscles in my feet are doing their proper job instead of trying to keep the shoe from slipping around. Overall, 10/10 recommend so far! Now let's see how well they hold up!! PS...they're warm too! AND ADORABLE!!!

Have minor but pesky foot issues (PF & bunion). This shoe fit well for me. A better foot bed cushion would've been 5 stars (I say that about every shoe). I'm able to add cushion insoles or swap in ortho insoles and both worked fine without impacting the way the shoe fit. The width is good, the material has some give and the toe box shape all work well for me, alleviating any bunion pressure issues. Normally wear a 7 but sometimes size up to 8 because of bunion, but this shoe fit perfectly in size 7. Really cute, comfy and will buy a 2nd pair in the other color.

I love Hey Dudes, and I really love these fur lined ones in the winter. Literally the shoe I wear nearly every day. Took these on a trip to Europe in January, and wore them to keep my feet warm. They can be slippery on the bottom if they are wet. But easy to put on, and comfortable all day. I love that you can remove the inserts and put low riser socks over them and then reinsert them. I can change the liners daily and don't have to wear socks with my Hey Dudes. I have 2 pair of lined one, and 3 other lightweight pairs and they are pretty much the only shoes I wear. They pack small, so are great for travel.
