Shave Relief Balm - Soothing Aftershave for Men Sensitive Skin, Calms & Heals Razor Burn, Hydrating Men's After Shave Balm for Men, 6 oz

Very happy with this product; I actually look forward to applying it after shaving. It does indeed have a soothing effect, but also has just a bit of a bracing/refreshing quality as well. I really like the scent of this balm. I do not like musky, woody or flowery type of scents, and this is none of those. It's difficult to describe adequately, but to my senses it's sort of a Spearmint, Aloe and hint of citrus scent. I also like that it's not overpowering. You will enjoy the scent, but it's not so strong that it will ruin the aroma of that coffee and doughnut you might have, or clobber any people you might pass by. It's consistency is just right; not pasty or watery, and doesn't leave a greasy or oily residue. Lastly, it's one of the few, more reasonably priced, quality aftershave balms available. For the past few years I have been using "Proraso Aftershave Balm for Sensitive Skin", and while I really like the Proraso, it's a tad on the expensive side for me, thus I started looking for a cheaper alternative. I am glad I did. I like Woody's better than Proraso, and it is a much better value. (Purchased Feb' 2024, US$12 for 6oz. plastic tube ($2/oz)).

I had never tried Woody's before and I really like the after shave balm! It has a nice smell and soothes my face after shaving. Will buy again!

This is a very nice quality oil, but the thing about it is it has the most faint, addictive, clean, slightly sweet smell I absolutely love the way it smells on a man

I have actually tried 10 different post-shave products that are currently available for purchase. This is my favorite. A little goes a long way. I am an every other day face shaver and also a head shaver. This covers it all. I wish I could describe the scent. It's so agreeable and not overpowering at all. It smells a little like All laundry detergent, but that sounds like a negative. It's not. It's fresh, light and slightly energizing. I am not a fan of shaving creams and aftershaves that "smell like the barber shop." They smell like burnt hair to me. (Looking at you most famous Italian brand.) Oh, and the price is very fair, as I said this goes a long way. Anyway, it's a 5-star review!

I normally do not write reviews where my chin hairs are concerned but here l go. My sight is bad and l can't pluck so l started shaving my chin with a razor, DRY shaved and my break outs were horrible. I started looking for a post 🪒 cream, l ordered Woody's. I used it after shaving and it's great, l then thought 💭 well let me try this to soften beforehand and this is wonderful 👍😊. By the way it smells great 😃. You need it to say for men and women. I bet it would do great for pre-shaving for the legs in the 🚿. GOOD product👍

This has a high alcohol content which stings and dries out your skin. My bad for not researching better, but I will be tossing this one in the trash and looking for alternatives.
