I was really nervous to order this headboard at first because I was after a certain colour and if it wasn't right then I wouldn't have been able to send it back. However it arrived and it was perfect! ******Pros****** Colour as seen on picture and exactly what I wanted! Nice design Does the job! Great for price! Assemblage was easy. I did it by myself. ******Cons****** Could be slightly thicker but its still comfortable and doesn't feel like you're lying against wood. Wood used to attach headboard to bed is a little flimsy and needs sanding (beware of the spelks). However I found that the wall helped support the headboard and it didn't bend that much but I wouldn't move my bed away from the wall without supporting it. But I don't think it would cost much to replace the wood. The bag it came in was actually stapled to my headboard with the staples that was keeping the back material of my headboard attached to the rest of the headboard. This meant when I was removing the bag some of the staples didn't come a bit loose and now stick out. Care has to be taken when unwrapping it. I also noticed after a few months that in the centre of each button there was a faint mark (see picture) where something (likely a sequin) had previously been stuck there. It's not that noticeable but clearly this headboard is also the same as another design and they're just removing the sequins to make it plain. All in all its a great headboard and did the trick. I would likely buy again as it's a good price. You get what you pay for and although it lacks a bit of padding it still looks lovely and went well with my bedsheets.

Very happy with the headboard. Was sceptical to spend £40 without seeing the item in person but the pictures made it look really nice and so decided to give it a go! Really glad I did. It looks lovely in the spare room and is a really nice colour and fabric. Well worth £40.

I needed a bedhead for a spare room. This looks well and was quite cheap. It was easy to attach the wooden support struts to the pre drilled holes, but they are poor quality wood and one of them snapped when I moved the bed. I bought a new pair on Amazon which are much sturdier. The bedhead itself is fine and looks well.

Received late as delivery company didn't really try to deliver, stated nobody was in but I'd waited all day so 4 days late, either way sturdy looks good colour as expected, great price would recommend

5 stars for customer service, fast delivery as delivery was received in two days. Lovely head board and good quality. The colour is light grey but my camera makes the colour look a bit pink but this is not the case. Great value for money. I would definitely recommend. Just make sure you order the bolts as they are to be ordered separately.

Having read the negative reviews I was a bit uncertain as to what to expect. This Is not a deluxe headboard but good value for the money nonetheless. Padding is good and the only rough and ready workmanship is in the stapling behind and the rough wood of the posts which attach to the bed base. As both are out of sight I don't consider that a problem. Posts attached easily to the board and seem sturdy enough. I ordered light grey and it matches my new bedroom perfectly. Recommended. Update 2/12/20 Now that it is attached to the bed I can see that the post holes have not been centred so that the headboard protrudes over the mattress more by a couple of cm more at one side. Not obvious when the bed is made up but another indication of the workmanship.
