OEM friction modifier for limited slip differentials.
Recommend you read the MSDS on this product and take precautions in using it. Other than that, it has been in my 2004 differential now for three months with no issues, chatter, clunks etc.

This the real Chrysler stuff.
I was planning for a rear parking brake job, which requires pulling the axle shafts, thus opening up the differential. I later noticed that many of the gear oil choices already have the limited- slip additive, so I probably didn’t need this, but used it anyway. Note: the RAM truck rear diff holds more than one quart of gear oil, so buy two.

Use with 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Worked to stop chattering in the front differential. I purchased a used 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee that chattered badly when turning in my test drive. It sounded like huge knobby tires rubbing on the undercarriage. The dealer put it on a rack so I could do a thorough inspection and I couldn’t find anything wrong. But it did appear the oil had been changed in the engine and differential. The price was really low because of the noise so I bought it. First job was changing all the fluids. I got this bottle of friction modifier on the presumption the used car dealer service guy didn’t know or think about it. After refilling the front differential along with this modifier, it -did- take a few drives (maybe 10-15 miles) and the rubbing sound was gone. It’s now been a couple months and it’s working fine. I have come to rely on the manufacturers friction modifier in all my vehicles if it’s called for. Don’t bother with third party offerings, get the real deal and avoid doing the job twice.

It works !!!!
Had my 2004 jeep Cherokee overland for two years ,the rear differential sounded like it was going to lock up every time I turned ,,had it serviced at two shops ,both changed gear oil and said rear differential was worn out ...I checked online and ordered this ,thinking well its only 10 bucks so why not ....after like 3 miles it worked amazing ,got over 250,000 miles on my jeep its absolutely quite when turning and alot more stable in wet turns ,and pulls out with out any noise ...simply it works !!!
