I gave them five stars because im sure they Arte great for protecting shoe and floors from dirt and debris. If you're looking for shoes covers that are waterproof these aren't it. Im from Chicago we just got a heavy snow and I need to protect the hardwood floors for a home I'm selling. I tested these before the first showing and they still created dirty footprints on the floors. They darker floors so it definitely showed, that could be the diffrence too.. AGAIN NOT FOR WATER PROTECTION..

I like how thick they are especially since it snowing outside, they are big for smaller shoes but they do the job. I placed them in a bin for easy access

This is a good "short term visit" bootie. The "tread" shown is just for esthetics. It is pretty slippery. I wore them with sneakers for a house clean up and they wore out within 15 minutes. Would be great for a clean house with carpet but not for anything industrial and be careful on tile or wood floors.

These booties were big enough for guys' big work boots, but still fit dress shoes. They look like they have a tread or grip, but it is just printed on. However, they are not slippery!
