Stylish when the weather calls
Initial impression is good. Some reviewers indicated the jacket runs large. I agree. I normally wear large top with most brands but I ordered a size down and the medium seems a good fit. Quality and styling are also nice. A good buy for the money.

Very nice !
I am 5'10" and 200lb and got size L, which is my normal size.I'm not a big guy but have some muscle all around plus a bit of a spare tire :-(This jacket fit wise is pretty good. The arm length is perfect, not too long or too short, they can be adjusted with velcro for closing or losening at the hands, there is also a bit of elastic material to keep the openings faily close to the body, which is nice. The length of the jacket is a bit on longer side for my height, but if you want good rain coverage that is a plus. There is aslo ability to adjust at the waist so wind can be kept away from coming from under and it also makes it look more fitted. In the shoulders it feels just right, maybe a bit fitted as well, so not sure I can be comfortable with a thick sweatshirt under, more suited to thinner layer or two or closer to the body, or suited to those on a thinner side. This works for me as I have a more heavy duty rain coat for when needed for actual trekking and/or over a warm puffer or similar layering. This jacket has a pretty nice material, nylony but also feels nice to the touch, on softer side. It's not just the nylon on the outside, there is a thin inside material, so the jacket is a bit more substantial then just a water barrier, it should be good for windbreaking as well and helps in warmth. The zipper is fully sealed which should keep the rain out. The hood is adjustable and fits me pretty good, especially with a hat on to keep it out of my eye sight. Overall I'm happy with the jacket, the color scheme is nice with blue and navy top highlight. The fit is good and the feel of the jacket nicer than I expected. Few negatives as pointed by other reviewers: no inside pocket and no stuffing into its own pocket - althought just folding it seems to work and gets quite small for packing. I got this as my go to for running errands and occasional walk when rain or a drizzle or windy weather is expected. I think it fits the purpose perfectly, not super thin nor too heavy, with enough protection and nice looking.

Comfortable and light weight
I am 5’7” 155, I can wear large jackets or medium depending on the brand and the fit. I typically like loose fitting stuff, so it’s always a guess which way I should go. I ended up getting a medium, and it fits like some large on me, so I’m happy with the fit.The Camo is pleasant looking, and the yellow inside the jacket contrasts nicely. Pockets are great. I have only one tiny criticism! The zipper is fine, but the jacket has Velcro sewed in 4-5 spots up the zippers edge, and it gets caught on itself constantly as you try to zip it up. Sometimes I have to push the one side into the other side, making sure nothing can get caught between the zipper sides. It’s annoying. The jacket itself is well-made and looks cool. 😆

Water resistant- not waterproof
This is a nice quality jacket but the listing here says it’s water proof and the tags on the jacket say water resistant. Those are two different things.

Worked great in a steady rain!
This jacket is a bargain. The fit was pretty good (not perfect), but at it's most important job which was keeping me dry on a rainy day - it worked great!I was travelling and planned to do a lot of stuff outdoors. I wanted something in case we had a rainy day and sure enough...one day had a persistent steady rain. Although we decided to end the day early, I wore the jacket close to two hours in the rain and the darn thing kept me completely dry. Not a worry at all.The hoodie kept my head dry and the rain just fell right off the jacket like nobody's business. This was without an umbrella in a light to medium steady rain. I do think in a downpour, it might struggle to keep a person dry...but come on. Let's not have unrealistic expectations. I don't think much of anything will keep a person dry in a deluge.I can't think of a negative...unless you expect it to keep you warm. This is a rain jacket. If it's cool/cold, you need to wear thermals or something warm underneath. All in all, to get a name brand jacket that looks good, is comfy, and keeps you dry at this price is a bargain!Great job TH!
