Being able to bend your knee close as you can
It works great.It is a good exercise equipment to assist you in moving your knee after having knee replacement.

Strong to use daily. Loops are helpful with easy pulling to stretch and helpful to get a good range of lift to stretching

Other than the physical therapy I had to do with the strap it is great. It really helped me while trying to recover and restore bending in my surgically repaired knee. I would highly recommend it.

This is an inexpensive way to do physical therapy exercises. They work for all kinds of exercises. Trust me. If I can use it effectively anyone can. It comes in a sturdy self seal bag that makes it easy to use for travel. I used it everyday while on a road trip. It's become my new best friend.
