Great product , lovely colore

Lovely colour, used 30vol developer and left on for half an hour, hair feels soft afterwards

Item as described and arrived when promised. Happy with my purchase. Posted through letterbox as I wasn't in, which did squash the boxes a bit, but I'd rather that than multiple attempted deliveries.

I like this, be aware it doesn't cover grey very well, but the colour itself is very much more translucent than Koleston. Also there is no 'tone' in this shade, which is what I wanted. I might try 9/ next to see how that covers my white hair. You need to use this with a developer such as Welloxon, I would also recommend you buy a tinting brush, bowl, and small measuring jug or similar to get the right amount of each product. Also vaseline or a barrier cream for your hairline. There are plenty of videos online to show you how to apply - you might need some help with the back of your head!

Came out rather darker than I thought but easy to use

Usually I get 8/69 but I started to notice that my hair had slight green time. So I thought a darker and grey toner would be better. And I am growing out my roots that are dark blonde so I wanted to have slightly darker toner. This worked well, I had to use foil to make sure none of the developer bleached my roots. But I used less than quarter of the tube to tone most of my chin length hair. You need developer, I use 20% volume peroxide. And I used a mixing bowl and tools I got in a kit. Both the peroxide and the tools I got from Amazon. It's far better to buy peroxide for hairdressers. I bought a litre ages ago and I have loads left after toning my hair for months. Don't bother with the hair dye kits from the chemist, get this and peroxide and tools. If you are going to tone your own hair it is worth investing a few quid because it will save money and get better products in the long run. Do some research before going DIY, I have learned the hard way!
