The machine itself is fast, quiet, and makes very precise cuts, whether I’m working with standard vinyl or heat transfer vinyl. The bundle comes loaded with extras, from glossy and matte vinyl sheets to transfer tape and HTV samples, so I was able to start creating right out of the box. So far so good. I do love this machine. It's long so measure first for your area. The vinyl doesn't say what it is so be mindful of that.

Couldn't tell you if the machine is as great as everyone says because I received a unit that will not even turn on out of box. Siser themselves did not seem very interested in helping me solve this issue as they suggested I contact the seller and initiate a return / replacement, or to send them the machine directly to repair, wait for however long that would take, then the additional shipment time. It sure would be cool to cut stuff!

I love this cutting machine! There is a learning curve, especially if you are a Cricut or Silhouette user. The print to cut feature is so accurate, if I only use the Juliet for that, it is worth the price. No more wasting card-stock or ink with this beauty . I cannot recommend this product enough!
