I'm enjoying these sponges. The textures are invigorating but not particularly rough. A little bit of liquid soap applied to the sponge properly will last to wash my whole body (I use foaming bath liquid like Dr Teals). The sponges rinse out thoroughly after use. Each sponge is larger than I expected -- next time I might order the 3 smaller round sponges.

I feel clean when I use these. Love the colors! Thickness is just right I can hold it in my hand with ease.
