We have an Australian Shepard that is a year old. She often lifted her rear left leg when walking or running. Didn't seem in pain but would not always use that leg. Took her to the vet and he could not find any issue during an exam. Xrays were $500 and I opted not to do them since she didn't seem to be in pain. We decided to just watch her a little longer. I started her on Cosequin at about 6 months old. Now six months later she doesn't lift her leg and her movement seems perfect. Our senior American Bully has been having hip issues for a while and we have tried really expensive treatments and supplements that didn't seem to work for her. Fingers crossed for continued improvement, but even after months on other supplements like Wuffes, Zesty Paws, and Fera Pets, (we did 3-6 month spans of these), Nutramax Cosequin seems to be the leader, and at a much lower price point.

Started my 10 year old lab on these over a month ago but haven’t really noticed any changes. She does like the taste. My vet was ok with her taking these since it is a good supplement. I will keep her on them to help with any age related joint problems she may or could develop.

I've been using this for 5 years straight. My rottie was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia at age 6 months. I was told he would never walk properly, he would drag the back legs. I should put him down. And I couldn't. Instead I researched as much as I could and tried this supplement. Today he's 5, a bit chunky (which rottie isn't) and happy and healthy. The vets are amazed each time they see him. He may not be perfect but his quality of life is comfortable and happy. I've recommended this to other dog owners, one of which his Shepherd wasn't even walking. He made a complete turnaround as well. Needless to say, I highly recommend this product.

I have a 9 year old blue heeler and started giving him these as Instructed for 3 weeks, his hips were hurting him pretty badly. He's not limping like he was and is walking better. It's working great for him.
