I have now taken these tablets for two nights and have had two nights good sleep. They were easy to swallow with water, I didn't sniff to see if they have any smell. I woke later than for some time, then lay dozing for some time. So far so very good.

… they induce an incredible amount of dreaming which doesn’t give restful sleep. I’ve had to stop taking them.

Gentle medication no groggy feeling

I’ve been taking two each night for just over 2 weeks now and I’m disappointed to say they haven’t made any bit of difference to my sleep. In fact, I’m waking up more during the night. Also really difficult to swallow. They Might just not work for me. I’m going to persevere and finish the bottle. I’ll amend my review, if anything changes. So disappointing :(

Didn't work for me at all tried them twice but they just didn't work waste of money
