So good I couldn’t get it off!! This lasted WEEKS the colors are beautiful and so easy to use. No streaks. No strong smell. Definitely followed the directions and used a UV lamp for the best outcome. No chips or breaks! My nail actually broke on the very end but the polish stayed together. I can’t say enough about it!!

The glitter shade is more orange than the gold/champagne that they show in the pictures which honestly it doesn't match the tone of the brown shades so its hard to pair them. The cateye looking brown is more of a copper as well, not as neutral but still pretty. Other than that the consistency is nice, not too thick, not too runny. The bottle size is nice, not too huge but a good amount for your money's worth. They don't leak and you don't have to tighten them too much. The color payoff is nice in just one coat for most Beetles gel polishes i've gotten. Obviously jelly colors are sheer. These are easy to use for home use, I don't believe they are approved for salon use as they do not give you access to SDS sheets which is required by liability insurance and health departments for use in salon.

This is my second time using Beetles and here's what I personally recommend... don't buff your nails. Push cuticles back and clean them well with nail polish remover before applying the base coat, but don't buff them. Yes, this means they will come off sooner, but when they do they pop off in one piece! I'm a stay at home mom of five young boys and wash my hands a fair bit throughout the day. I do use gloves for washing dishes. For the first set I did, I didn't buff my nails and they lasted beautifully for about 8-10 days. Then, all on the same day one nail chipped and then one by one I could easily pop the rest off. My nails were perfectly clean and undamaged underneath and I didn't have to deal with a fiasco of acetone! Then the second time I did my nails I made the mistake of lightly sanding/buffing my nails with a filer, thinking it might help them last longer. They did not last longer--well at least not in nice condition--and came off in pieces. The parts that stayed on were a pain to get off. Plus after I was done using acetone and scraping it off my nails didn't look very happy, they were dry and well...scraped :( I personally don't like dealing with acetone (the mess, the risk of spilling on our wood floors, the chemicals, and the time) so I will never again buff my nails! I will leave them smooth so I can enjoy those 11 or so days of perfect nails before they easily pop off whole, rather than chipping in parts and looking awful for a few days until I take the time to do the full acetone process. Just my two cents! Now my opinion on these particular colors: The Pink Angel collection is fun, bright, and girly. I really love the color of the second-to-last mulberry pink in two layers - it's a perfect hot pink (first pic, right hand). 3 layers gives you more of the true mulberry color which is also very nice but deeper (second pic, left hand). I added one layer of glitter before the top coat. One of the glitter colors in the Pink Angel collection has a base pink color in addition to glitter, the other is a base of clear with darker pink glitter. It gives a few fun options for layering!

I’ve been using Beetles gel polish for about 3 years now, and it’s still my go to brand! The colors are gorgeous, super pigmented, and go on smoothly with great coverage. They easily stay flawless for 3-4 weeks, and then remove nicely when I am ready for a change. Definitely a must have for anyone who wants salon quality nails at home!

Love beetles nail polishes. This colors are great for a base color o if you want a look more natural. They are very clear but very buildable and the colors are perfect for any skin tone. Great formula does not clump and the size is perfect to do many sets. Will be purchasing more colors.

The product did not meet my expectations. Although the picture has the nail polish looking matte without further instruction, it dries as a shiny gel, which isn’t what I was looking for, the colors are still lovely and may only require two coats at best but still not what I was looking for. The polish goes on consistently, very easy application. Very disappointed in this though, hard to find good matte polishes.
