These taste good. I've tried three flavors and like all three. I was even able to drink these before my surgery because they aren't considered color, just clear.

Very sweet I had to dilute with water to make it palatable. I definitely won’t drink it on an empty stomach unless I’m need of stool softener. Probably will only order if the orange is unavailable. Four stars just for nutritional benefits.

Very good drink if you need protein, vitamins and more nutrients. My husband loves the clear taste and not chalky. He has cancer and this is the only protein energy drink he can tolerate. So thank you Amazon for having it on hand as I can’t find it anywhere around here.
