Packs perfectly!
Works great! Protected my gaming station from Colorado to Florida. Super easy to use got the two pack, size was exactly as stated. Good value for what it is.

Form fitting
One of these was perfect for transporting my mini-ITX cross country. I just needed something to fill the space after I removed the graphics card while in transport.Warning: after you pop the internal bag (which was a little difficult) and you need to mix it together to create the foam reaction, the chemicals inside do get hot.

Work Quickly!
This product worked as described in the instructions. Make sure you have everything ready because you only get one shot at it. One small disappointment was that the expanding foam did not completely fill one of the two bags I used. But it conformed to the odd shape of the item I was shipping and held it firmly in the shipping box. So, all-in-all very good. I will use these again in the future.

Super disappointed in this product
Followed all instructions to the letter. Mixing the two parts within 8 seconds was very difficult. The product ended up not filling the bag even half way. Save your money! Instead, you may want to search on line for how to use spray foam (such as Great Stuff) to make a custom cushion to ship fragile items. Easy, accessible, and works great.

Best Packing Material I've Used
This is a great packing material to protect an item for shipping. The expanding foam forms to the item to protect it during shipping. I used one on the bottom holding my item down in the foam as it expands. Then when the foam is set I used another one which I laid on top and closed the box lids and held them down to make the foam form around my item. After a few minutes you're done. Unfold the lid remove your foam and check out what you did. Perfect, my item wasn't moving anywhere, it was locked in foam all around. One TIP: pre-plan what you're going to do. Once you break the pouches and mix up the foam (per instructions) you need to move quickly as once it starts expanding you don't have much time. This stuff is perfect. That's the way to ship anything you don't want bouncing around during the rigors of shipping.

Good
Shipped fast, it worked as intended to pack fragile item (glass). You have to lay the bag flat on the floor, press the Left side until you hear/ feel a pop, then press right and left (marked area) back and forth to mix throughly. The mixture will then explode inside the bag and u have to spread it evenly quickly, then place in box to harden, after spreading it out evenly I placed it in the box and closed the box and held it down until I felt it was hardened enough so it fills up the box and did the other side same way.You should have everything ready to go as you have to work quickly!

careful with the size.
I bought these ready to ship a small ITX system... and didn't realize just how thin that bag wall is. as it expanded the bag popped and turned a REALLY nice system into a 400 usd mistake. I won't be buying some of these and if you do find a smaller size this is just too cheaply made.

Performs great as long as you work fast
Works exactly as I remember when we used to use it on an industrial scale for packaging odd shaped products. When you crack the first pouch it immediately comes in contact with the reactive material in the 2nd pouch. You have just a few seconds to thoroughly mix the two before the end product bursts through a membrane and fills the envelope. Work really fast, mix, knead, squish completely (corners too). Be ready to use it as soon as it starts expanding because at that point, mixed is OVER. I had no problem and it performed exactly as I knew it would. Thanks
