I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I tried everything on my sweet Mia (a pure white Maltese) to fight tear stains and nothing worked. I was disciplined, I was patient, I wiped my dogs eyes daily but literally nothing worked. I did try the popular tylosin based products until I found out that they were banned in the UK and why would I be using something on my dog that was banned in another country? My vet confirmed tylosin was not a safe alternative to fight tear stains so I immediately quit using any such products. I then tried other natural solutions....one made her sneeze night and day and made her sick. I had all but given up. Eye Envy was different. Note: You have to use it EVERY day for 3 to 4 weeks before you go into "maintenance" mode, and your dogs eyes will unbelievably whiten (and no, not just a cover up)...those dark streaks will literally go away!!! I can't wait to send in my before and after pics to the company -----my dog's face is BEAUTIFUL NOW!!! I am sure the person that used it claiming it is just "cover up" only used it a couple times or for maybe a week and gave up, or thought that the white powder was just a "make up" for the dog or something. You have to be patient. The powder is used in combination with the liquid as an all natural topical antibiotic that takes time to work, just like "people facial products" take time to work on people. My dog gets blueberries (for treats) when we do "her face" now, and she hops up the stairs eager for me to put a towel on the toilet and sit her little butt down so we can do her face :-) Now that we have the routine down ---it takes less than two minutes now and she gets a blueberry every time I wipe her face, or put the powder on one side, and she is overjoyed! Most importantly, she no longer looks like a sickly dog. She looks like the happy dog that she is! The groomer is just amazed at how clear her face is. So when you get this, keep at it. Don't think after a week that your dog's face will be beautiful ---it will take time ---but it is SOOOO worth it....once you get to maintenance mode, it's just a couple to a few times a week, and if you treat it as a "fun" time for your dog....and give them treats, they will look forward to it, and so will you! Because of published safety concerns with products taken internally for tear stain, I purchased Eye Envy for my Maltese. Unlike Diamond Eyes Tear Stain Remover (waste of money!) that my vet recommended, Eye Envy REALLY WORKS VERY WELL! Several hours after the first application, there was a noticeable difference! Then, after using daily for two weeks, the tear stain was almost gone. Now, after using four times weekly for the subsequent two weeks, the tear stain is barely noticeable! The Eye Envy NR (no refrigeration) liquid, when applied with the lint-free pads, seem to be soothing to my dog's eyes because he has never refused a treatment. And using a cotton swab, the powder is easy to put onto the treated stain and keep out of the eyes. Since I've used almost two-thirds of the two-ounce bottle and about 25 pads (jar contains 30 pads), I will order more. The .5 ounce jar of Eye Envy Powder will last at least one year. P.S. I believe that giving my Maltese distilled water and dog food (Natural Balance) that does not contain beet juice has helped reduce his tear stain.

Been using product a little over a month. So far it seems to be helping. I have applied to my dog once a day (almost every day). The results are slow, but I can see quite a bit of difference. I have not used the pads that came with the package as I have a very small Pomeranian and the eye/nose area is quite small. I use either a Q-tip or an eyelash brush to apply the liquid and another Q-tip to apply the powder. The eyelash brush works really well because it combs out the dried powder and separates the stained hair. I would recommend this product, but you need to be consistent with use and patient to see results.

Worked ok but not as great or fast as they advertised. Not sure if it’s worth buying again.

I tried so many things and lost my money, so I thought I try this ,since there is a money back guarantee if it doesn’t work .. well after 2 weeks using it faithful, morning and night this did nothing for my dogs eye stains .. very disappointing.. The good thing is ,at least this time I was credited my money back to my visa after returning it.. As of now ,I use an eye wash called Vets preferred every morning and I bought the angel wipes and stain powder ( I bought so many different wipes that do nothing as well ) and I see maybe a slight difference ,but I’m hopping if I clean her eyes twice a day and use the eye wash should help .. also I give her distilled water and probiotics for her stomach ,bc her saliva is turning her fur pink on her feet , when she licks them now as well.😞🐾not sure what’s causing this as she is 9 years old Shih Tzu and never ever had any problems with tear stains .. all of a sudden this started and I haven’t changed anything in her diet.Well my advice is since you get your money back try it , it might work for you it just didn’t do anything for us !

I had always believed that my white faced clients eyes were caused by owners neglect… until I rescued my own white faced dog. I had tried all the tricks and those pesky stains prevailed… THEN like a knight in shinning armor I found this product and kicked that bacteria to the curb! The proof is in the puddin- I mean, photos! My dog loves this product so much that she actually looks forward to our nightly routine. She reminds me by rubbing her eyes on my hands believe it or not! Tried several tear stain removal products. Love the powder in this kit. It help, but grooming the stain (removing the hair) is the basically the only way to remove the stained hair.
