Whilst the product appears to be very well made, it fails in it's functionality. On its highest heart setting, it can only be described as mildly warm and it's no use at all for its intended purpose. I cannot recommend this product

Wow!! I absolutely love this XXL heating pad! I have burned through several others quickly for a myriad of reasons. However, this heating pad is huge!! Longer and wider. Someone mentioned that there was no timer and gave a negative review, but there is a 2 hour timer. It is surprisingly lite and thick. So much so that you can't feel the wires inside. The feel is soft and cuddly and is perfect for those days that you are tense or have pain. HIghly recommend!!

Wide covers aeas that need heat much easier. Controls work well and the material is soft and comforting. The extended cord length is excellent for outlets that are not near the area you want to use the pad. I recommend this product.

This heating pad is the best I've ever used. Overall coverage with gentle touch heating. This company stands behind its product. I had a problem with the heating mechanism and the pad was replaced in lightning speed. The staff I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. I've since purchased several more heating pads from them with excellent product performance. They are quality!!
