This really is a thick paste so less is more. I use this for redness around my nose and mouth, split corners of mouth, and on spots. I try not to use it too often as it's very occlusive and can actually worsen issues over time. But it's been an absolute game changer for me and takes down all inflammation. Very happy I found this!!

Its a great product for soothing and locking in moisture but I wouldn't recommend using on the face for acne because it's quite a heavy oily cream . Its a little clogging and that's not good for acne. But overall great product. It definitely has its uses

Está crema es genial, para mi fue un verdadero acierto, después de usar varias cremas caras para quitar manchas de la cara (espinilla y del sol) y ninguna efectiva y esta con el bajo coste que tiene vale la pena. Tiene una textura muy densa como crema para el culito del bebé, pero es muy efectiva desde el primer uso note resultado.

I have atopic dermatitis and this cream helped me to heal redness of the skin on the face, neck and shoulders. I have used Cerave after shower and then applied ABENA, so it will not dry skin too much. Used it two times a week. Now just one time a week. Before sleep or in the evening. Great product: price and quality.
