I am a 64 yo male with a suprapubic catheter that I will have to use for the rest of my life. After 4 years of using a leg bag, I developed itchy dermatitis on my legs caused by the leg bag straps. I started looking for an alternative to the leg bag. I first tried the Cathwear shorts, and while they performed fine, I disliked the fabric and the tight feel. When I came upon these incontinence shorts on Amazon, I decided to order them. That proved to be a wise decision because these shorts work beautifully with my SPC. The fabric is soft and the shorts are not tight and restrictive. The leg bag (1000 mL) fits perfectly in the pocket and drains easily out through a small slit at the bottom of the pocket. The pockets of the shorts are placed in such a way that they don't obstruct the pockets of my pants. I have a 34 inch waist and ordered the XL because I had read that it might be wise to order a size larger. That proved to be correct. The shorts wash and dry well with minimal shrinkage. All in all, these shorts are ideal for someone with a suprapubic catheter.

At least 2 if not 3 sizes smaller than ordered / expected and as labeled. Very disappointed with sizing and Returning. They must have confused kid sizes with adults sizes. Disappointing. Usually LMaray was a brand I trust. The biggest I could order but still holding up to my waist won’t come near the sides of hips so yeah, it’s 3 sizes too small.

Bought these for my Dad, who wears a supra public Catheter. They give him more freedom to move around and he was excited that the Catheter shorts made it possible for him to wear shorts, again. They are comfortable to wear and do not fall down.

Not bad, they help, and the quality is good, but it would be better if the pockets were deeper.

Very good for nephrostomy bag handling. Very comfortable - much better than leg straps. Washing in warm water will shrink these slightly. If you're debating between two sizes, you may want to order the larger one.

I just got double nephrostomy bags almost 2 weeks ago on March 7th. These shorts are the first thing I’ve been able to wear comfortably with my bags. They are super soft & true to size. I was super stressed about how to wear them. I pinned them to my clothes. And wore leg sleeves. These shorts are my favorite thing to use out of all that. I’m so happy it came with 2 pairs! So far I’ve just worn them over my leggings. I plan to wear them under my pants to go somewhere in a few days. We will see how that goes :)

Sizing was way off for this product.

Bought these for a family member in need of this. She absolutely loved them, took a lot of pressure of the straps the bags came with. Has helped a lot in her daily life and great comfort. She is able to also wear this under loose clothing. *update- Bought another pair for her
