I love this fountain. We put it on our new back deck and it looks fantastic. We got a lot of compliments on it. It does loose water so be aware of that (you may not notice a lot of splash around so keep an eye on your water level). It has a nice soft glow at night. It just adds to a peaceful oasis we are trying to create. It was easy to assemble and took about 5 minutes to pull the tubing through and set everything up. I had to do it because I have thinner hands than my husband so guys beware and make sure you’ve got someone with smaller hands around to help! I highly recommend this and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

So Far So Good...Just received my new fountain and set it up today. Very easy to do but we did have to 'fish' the pump tube down the unit as it was not secured with a zip tie as suggested in the instructions. It has been running 2 hours and it works well.

The fountain is very attractive but getting the tube through the fountain is difficult. I called and wrote the company, and they did not help other than to say we will let the product specialist know of your issue.With selling a product also comes the responsibility of providing support. I finally got a response and after leaving detailed issue they asked me what my problem was. Total waste of my time.

This fountain looks exactly like it does in the photo. It is beautiful and relaxing. The sound of the water trickle is not very loud. When it arrived in the box, it was heavy, but we managed to set it up without any issues.

I couldn’t get the pipe threaded through the fountain, but the customer service gave me a few ideas that allowed me to get it inserted. I filled the fountain with water to make sure the pipe would move the water. It did fine, and the trickling water sound is very calming. Kudos to their customer service for their concern and for working with me to resolve the issue. I’m a happy customer!
