Perfect value.
Does what it says and the great thing that most fail at, it is very convinient to slide the controller on and starts charging still many months often purchase. Most other products start acting up after the forest month or two. Don't be afraid to buy. For the price they are great. Rather get another of this when it starts acting up than expensive crap that don't work. ( I'm bitter cause the officially licensed one is trash compared to this one) Sure it looks a bit cheap from very close but its black and very good at what it does.

No Issues, works perfectly
The product is light weight and well plastic but it works, been charging 2 Xbox controllers since I got the product, I really like the display at the front which flashes when charging, full light when it's charged.

Great for gamers!
Can't really fault this bit of kit. It won't win prizes for beauty but it doesn't need to. It looks more dated than a lot of other brands, even to the point of appearing to be cheaply made. In use though this charger is solidly built and functions perfectly. The supplied (2) battery packs are a bit tight when fitting into the controller but after pushing back the metal flaps inside the controller the batteries are easy to insert and remove. Once the battery is in the whole controller can be placed on the dock for recharging. The dock will recharge two (2) controllers with there fitted batteries at once. On the front is an indication light bar that will flash whilst charging and glow constantly when fully charged. I found that the power from these packs lasts a long time, putting one on charge from flat whilst using the other allows constant play. The flat one charges before the one powering game play is worn out.

Functional and simple to use
I've been using this product for a few months now and I'm overall very pleased.Installing the batteries on the the back of the controller and setting up the dock couldn't been much easier. It wouldn't hurt if the charging process was a bit faster, and I obviously don't know yet whether or not functionality will decrease over time (as some have stated). I have, however, not much to compare to and at this price I'm certainly satisfed overall. It easy to use, doesn't take up much space and does what it's supposed to.

Great for Xbox S - Bad for Elite Controller
This works really well for the Xbox S controllers. Very impressed for the price. Includes battery packs. Just set the controllers on the stand and don't worry about them. As others mentioned, it's powered by USB, so just plug it into the the Xbox and you're set. However - I've just upgraded to an Elite controller which it claims to be compatible with, but there are two "Tabs" that don't line up between the controller and the battery pack. I have tried clipping them off and attaching it - it appears to be working but I'll have to wait until the kids get their hands on it to be sure.

Slightly misleading
I was actually looking for the twin controllers which appeared to be part of the Dual charger. At no point was there anything to indicate that they were not included. I was in fact looking for the controllers but thankfully my grandson is happy to have the charger which I would not have bought.

Good, easy to use product.
The product is very easy to setup and use. The controller sits naturallly in the cradle, and reliably and quickly charges. Have only had product for a week, so cannot judge how it will last. The only problem can see at the moment is that the rechargable battery is extremely snug, and will be difficult to get out. If never breaks this won't be an issue. Can only hope.

Do not buy it for the elite controller
I have a lot of experience with these docking stations and this is honestly one of the worst I've used.I use an Elite controller and to be fair the battery pack does fit fine into the controller. However when you go to charge the controller, it is incredibly temperamental. Matching the pins on the dock, to the controller is near to impossible. There is not a solid enough connection at all. If you want to charge the other battery pack while using the other in the controller, you have to get something to hold the battery pack in place and that is very tricky. With regards to the batteries themselves, they are very very poor. I left one charge for 5+ hours, just to be sure, and the level on the controller indicated that it was only 75% charged. From that battery level, I only managed to get 7-8 hours of play where as it says 30+ advertised.I would honestly stay clear of this docking station as it is very flimsy, and is not worth the hassle. It's definitely not made for an elite controller anyway, but they just pass it off that it is.
