This is a great buy! First off let me say that Im a medium and a large was a perfect fit, it runs a size small. I remember from my surf days that neoprene is alwys a size smaller, or more if your larger. Secondly, I have bought numerous slimming belts over the years and always embarrassed to wear them, theyre vulky they ride up, they look like a gerdle. This fit slimly under my t-shirt. I was disapointed at first because I ran 2 miles and not even a bead of sweat on my t-shirr that I expected to be drenched. Then I took off the slimming shirt underneath and it was soaked on the inside so BONUS FEATURE it keeps your t shirt dry so its not all disgusting in your gym bag. Also, the slimming shirt is easy to rinse and dry quickly at the gym. Definetley consider adding this to your wieght loss adventures.

Says XXL fits someone who’s a size large. Was too small. I mean I understand to supposed to be tight to help you sweat, but that was too tight to where it didn’t fit.

Fit. This is made for a man. I bought two a large and a medium. I am a male. I am 5'11"; 184 LBS; 42" chest; 32" waist. This being said, I have an athletic build, a big chest, small waist and 14% body fat. Not the thinist person out there, but not too heavy. The large was a great fit. Snug all the way around. The arm pit holes were a bit too small, but only when it rides up a bit. Pulling it back down, it was fine. The medium: well I got it on, but it took two people to get it off again. I gave it away to a much smaller person who is working outside at night during the winter holidays. He loves it. Keeps his core warm as he directs holiday traffic. A little difficult to get off. If you aren't flexible, you might have a hard time. Buy one with a zipper if you're worried about this. Heat: Yes you will sweat if you wear this while you work out. I've worn it bicycling and working out with weights. With both, I've felt warmer and produced sweat. Helps keep your core warm on a cold bike ride. If you are cold-natured, buy it and wear it under your regular clothing. You aren't going to sweat too much, you'll just stay a nice comfortable temp. If someone in your house or office keeps the temp lower than you want, make this investment to stay comfortable. As long as your shirt isn't a see-through white, no one will know you are wearing it. From an outsider, it looks like a dark sleeveless undershirt. If you are working outside in the cold, buy this as your base layer. You'll keep your core warm. Washing: easier than you would think. Hand wash. It dries quickly by wringing it out and then simply hanging it up. Extend your outdoor workouts into the winter months and buy it. Also buy one for your cold-natured, male, friend.

My son and husband love this. My son wears it to school and my husband wears his to work and they've been sweating alot! The material is great I definitely recommend!

Runs about a size small. My husband is a straight xlg. He put it on and well.....hopefully after he works out in it will be able to get it off. He said he likes the tight fit of it though. We'll see after he sweats in it. Perfectly as described though and came packaged great!
