The gummies taste good and aren’t overly sweet. Helpful for maintaining iron levels, especially during growth spurts. No tummy upset either, which is a big plus

Price - 4 month supply for around £15 is great. Taste - they smell nice, just like mixed berries. Day 1 it tasted nice but now I can only taste the iron as I chew. Maybe thats normal idk but its not a pleasant taste lol Quality - I havent been taking these long enough to give a proper review so will have to update back later. But I havent been getting headaches with these. As a veggie with 0 iron in my diet, I get headaches with normal 14mg Iron tablets because theyre too high strengh for me so bought these gummies as theyre only half strength. So far so good.

I have these on subscribe and save. Whether they really help or not, I can't say, but they're good value, the kids like them and I'm doing my best to get iron into them.

My HV suggested iron deficiency can cause sleep problems although not a lot of research to support. I thought I’d give it a go, and it seems to work. It’s no miracle but certainly helps with sleep. They were good value for money a big tub and the taste and smell is lovely the kids enjoy there nightly “sweet” so easy to get them to take them.

I needed these for my daughter who suffers with low iron but she hates the taste and refuses to take them so I have a wasted bottle and still need to find yummy gummies for her

Habe ich so als „Winter“ Ergänzung für mein Kind bestellt. Sie nimmt jeden Tag eine. Geschmacklich sagen sie ihr zu, auch wenn sie eben nicht wie echte Gummibärchen sind. Deswegen heißen die bei uns auch Vitaminbärchen. Gerade wenn es nicht so viel Obst und Gemüse was frisch ist gibt, und auch nicht so viel Fleisch/Fisch auf den Tisch kommt, eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Ich werde sie weiterhin nutzen und kann sie empfehlen
