This is by far the best pillow. I have a lot of neck problems, migraines, tight muscles, etc. I have tried every pillow under the sun. If they do work it is for a very short time. And most just don’t work and cause my neck to hurt or for me to have a headache. This one is soft but supportive. The feathers do not come out. There is absolutely no smell and it seems very well made.I find it best to kind of squish it up. I have had it about a month now. We will see how long it lasts, but it seems good so far. The feathers don’t tend to squish over time like other kinds of materials.

These pillows are excellent quality. They are a great price for what you are getting. Yes, they cost more than some other pillows but they are very reasonable for what you get. Many pillows in this price range give you a mixture of 95% feather to 5% down. These have the feathers and down mixed together in one clump which means that the feathers will eventually poke out and stab you. These pillows have the feathers in an inner core pillow and then a second outer core that is completely soft down. This results in a much softer feel and no feathers stabbing through. I highly recommend these.

It’s a comfy pillow, if you can get it t a bargain. It is, however, not as fluffy, thick or luxe as I would’ve thought from Pacific Coast

I had been searching for replacement pillows for my ancient feather pillows for a long time. I like a soft pillow, but it still has to have support, which the old ones just didn't have anymore. These pillows did the trick! They are so comfortable, but my head doesn't sink down to the bed like with my old ones. I will say this...be sure to get the queen size. I tried what I thought was this model in standard size and they were much too firm for my liking. Maybe the extra room in the queen size allows for more spread of feathers...I don't know, but there was a world of difference in the firmness. I've had them a few weeks now and still completely happy with them.

First off, no, i dont work for this company. Second, i have been traveling for 15 years, ALWAYS at a Holiday Inn property. And i can tell you, these pillows are exactly what they use. The other reviewers have no clue. These pillows will lie flat after a while where your head has been...but just like the hotel, the pillow wraps up next to your head and provides excellent comfort. And no, they don't smell like a duck like that other review...good grief... some of these reviews reallllly make you wonder. This an honest review... if you like the hotel pillows, GET these. These pillows are great.They don't get hot... and put one on top of another or on top of your thinner pillow and you'll love it.

I Purchased these pillows after staying at a high-end hotel and have the best sleep of my life. Although these pillows are supposed to be the same as used at the hotel they are flat and not luxurious- and make my neck hurt. Huge disappointment.I’ve tried sticking them in the dryer to fluff them, I fluff them multiple times… I’ve slept on them for over a week and I think it’s disgusting they want me to return them for a refund instead of tossing them in the garbage.

For the price of these pillows and the reviews on line, I had high expectations that the pillows would be the best! I let them fluff upon opening, and they felt kind of heavy and substantial yet soft. However, I was very disappointed the first night because I awoke with my head basically on the bed with the down and feathers bunched on both sides. I thought if I tried again, maybe it would be different. The next night I was positioned differently, but still awoke with the feathers on either side of the pillow. By the third night, I awoke with a bit of a stiff neck. The pillows I received offered virtually no support; I couldn't feel any "inner" pillow (but maybe it isn't supposed to be felt?). The pillows are nicely made, and likely are filled with "700 fill" quality down and feathers. I detected no smells or feathers poking through, and the cover feels nice. It seems like some of the pillows behave differently, as so many reviewers like this pillow. Although I really wanted to love these pillows, I sent them back today for a refund.

Pacific Coast makes high quality products that I have used over the years. However, this pillow product did not work well at all for me. The materials are good quality but it is a heavy dense pillow that did not provide comfort or the right support. Also, after 1.5 months I realized I was waking up with a bit of sinus congestion, even though it's supposed to be hypoallergenic. After switching out the pillow it improved the next morning. I was directed to contact Pacific Coast but they would not allow a return because it fell outside of the 30 day return policy. I ordered it based on a past previous experience some years ago with one of their pillows that I loved and had for many years. Just make sure you figure out and make a return within 30 days if needed.
