OK firstly there are some really good products in this box, in that respect it does not disappoint however the reason for the star reduction is due to some basic beauty items being missing, no pressed powder eyeshadow palette, no mascara, 2 foundations but both are very dark, far too dark for me to use. I am going to keep my items as I like some of the products, I'd love to see the company behind the box get in touch and provide the missing items but I doubt it.

Its okay. Mixed range of quality. Some expired.
Some of the makeup in my box was expired and had been pre-opened to I was not sure how clean all of it was however other items were still vacuum sealed and from well know brands. Way more nail care items than actual "makeup" (nail polish, nail buffers, nail stencils etc.) It was OK.
