Is this jacket 300D material and is it breathable?

It's not breathable it's just a cheep yellow coat but in black good for work mines still in use after a year in a workshop environment

How long is this coat

I'm 5ft 8 and on me it is half way between the top of your leg and knee. Just a good length not waist length like some. Keep your back and bum well covered in winter. Hope this helps.

what are the chest sizes in inches please?

They just come in small to xxl.i'm a 44 to 46 chest large jacket fits perfect

Hi inside the sleeve their is a material cuff that I think has elastic at the top. I've worn this coat outdoors last winter and it is warm and doesn't let rain up your arms if that's your need to know why its got cuffs! Hope this helps .
