We had to replace our old tankless, and this one is perfect! It's definitely worth every penny!

Absolutely having hot water on demand.. easy setup and assembly.. the only thing we needed to get extra was 3 pieces of conversion pieces.. from our old fittings into the new unit.. other than that easy peasy!

Had this just over a year and no longer igniting We have done all trouble shooting on it Also does not like to kick on when water is cold in winter takes a few trys has been like that from installing

My previous model said it was for indoors but set off CO2 detectors, this one doesnt. Previous would immediately switch to cold on you for no reason. This product has had no problems and is super instant and hot. Zero complaints at all but definitely no complaints for the price especially.

I got this in January. It's now June. The other day, it died on me. I needed a water heater, a budget friendly one, that would work for a few years maybe. It won't even power on now. And before that, it was not great either. The temp was consistently too hot or too cold. If anyone touched the heat or cold to try to adjust, even a tiny bit, and it'd throw everything way off. If we wanted hot water, we would turn the water down, so there was never pressure. Then even when making it as hot as possible, it was never more than warm. It even made our wash machine throw temperature errors. This is the second tankless water heater I've owned and it was the worst. Now I wanted to contact them on the warranty, but there's no way to contact them.
