This is my first summer with having to suncream a 1yr and they have sensitive and eczema prone skin so I have been quite reluctant to put anything on that could flare this up, but appreciate that suncream is neccecary for a toddler who only wants to be outdoors getting messy and wet. This suncream goes on very easily, is quite a thin feeling suncream but spreads nicely over the skin and has a pleasant scent to it. My little one has not gotten burnt using this however I am very quick to ensure regular re-application and covering over during the most intense sun periods. The eczema has not flared up since using this either but that is just our personal experience. It does leave a bit of a sheen as all suncreams do, however this is to be expected. The bottle could also do with being re-thought as the suncream is quite thin and the hole for squeezing out is large, so with the weight of the large bottle the cream comes out rather quickly. Also the lid closure on the bottle isn’t the greatest, we have had to ensure the suncream is kept upside down in a ziplock bag to prevent leaks.

This is a great sun cream. I was looking for a sun cream that’s suitable for eczema prone skin and this was one listed as suitable by dermatologists. I am happy with it and find it cheaper on Amazon compared to supermarkets/chemists. It is easy to apply evenly over the skin, has no smell and works well. It is a bit greasy and can stain light coloured clothes but that is probably the same for all sun creams. Overall, I would recommend and it is the sun cream of choice for my children

I buy this for my granddaughters as they both suffer with exczema and are very sensitive to washes and creams. We have no problems with this, no reactions and it has protected their skin. My granddaughter is red haired and incredibly pale, this protected her not only through the British summer but also on holidays in much warmer climates. Very impressed! We have had no problems with clothes staining. It spreads well and doesn’t feel too sticky or oily after.

It’s great that it’s factor 50 and has worked well so far but it leaves significant yellow stains on clothing

Been using this product for a while now and have purchased several times. Great for little ones very sensitive skin - she's reacted to some other suncream but seems fine with this one. Roller ball application works well and cream comes out smoothly. Handy see to pop in a bag for when you're out and about.

Childs Farm Kids and Baby Sun Cream SPF 50+ is a good product. Easy to apply, gentle on the skin, and provides very high sun protection. Definitely worth buying!

For as long as I can remember I've struggled to find any SPF product that I don't react to in some way. I've tried the " baby " products , the more expensive ranges that promise suitability for sensitive skin. I gave up. I spent loads over the years & had some awful reactions in the process . A Facebook friend reccomend this . I looked it up & was undecided for a long time. I finally thought I'd give it one more go . I first applied it on a trial run at home so I was able to grab the cleanser & remove it quickly if the stinging & redness started . Nothing . I waited . After a good while I dared to venture out , on a sunny day , with pale , hugely reactive skin . When I returned home I used a cleanser , did a triple cleanse to make sure I removed any residue. My face was normal in colour & not any sign of a rash anywhere. I'm chuffed . At long last. A product I can use . Yeeehah . Definitely recommend giving it a try. UPDATE . I tried the factor 30 version of this product after buying this & although it's a trade off as you would have to reapply at more regular intervals on the warmer days , I have found that the factor 30 absorbs better . It doesn't sit on the surface of the skin at all. Although I'm extremely pleased I have found a product I can use , sometimes I have my cameras with me & find i have to be very careful about residue on fingers at times. But a great product & I'm just I've finally found something i can use that doesn't leave my skin screaming for relief.
