First and foremost, the setup of the device was easy. Within minutes, I had the device up and running, connected to my phone, and ready to use. The app gives really clear instructions on the functionality and, makes it super easy to navigate and customize the settings to our preferences. For example, as we transitioned from breastmilk to formula, we could customize how we recorded feedings, and once we transitioned fully, could remove that step in our tracking without always having to specify if we were on formula or breastmilk. Not to mention, the portable cub device thing, made it easy to enter the right information without fumbling around with our phones. The notifications feature is awesome as well, babylife can get hectic and it's nice to know cubtales is watching our back. This is especially true with the doctors reports, as a dad I had no idea they needed such specific details on every aspect of our baby. The generated reports really make those checkups a breeze. Such a cool product, I've recommended it to friends having their first baby and also friends who are on 2+, and all of them have been really happy with it, huge positive recommendation from me!

I had the older version of these where you had to replace the battery. They never paired on our wifi, even when I followed their troubleshooting guide on their website. I reached out to Cubtale's customer service and they replaced my cubs for their newer version for free! These new cubs are a lot more convenient as you charge the battery with a USB-C cable. They paired very easily without any hassle. These cubs are super convenient to have near the changing table, nursing chair, and bed. We no longer need our phones near us to track any diaper changes or naps, as a couple of presses on the cubs is all you need. Even though these are expensive for what they are, they make tracking your baby's activities a lot easier. And the customer service is fast and dependable!

I first discovered the app and absolutely loved all functionalities and ease of use. The app made me feel like I knew what was going on. I tracked my baby's feedings, diapers, sleep patterns, vaccinations, growth and milestones. We then wanted to give the Cubs a try because the one-touch logging made a lot of sense. As easy as it sounds, pulling out a phone and logging a diaper change or bottle feed in the middle of the night is not easy. Add your mom, your partner, your nanny, it quickly becomes a chaos of questions ""when did you change, when did you feed?"". We put the diaper cub right next to the diaper pail, where all dirty diapers go. That way you even if we change in a different spot, we can easily enter where we throw the diaper. Now here is where magic happens. A few weeks in we went back to visit the doctor and sure enough we were asked about daily numbers of pees and poos. Boom! Here's your response! We pulled out the doctors report from the app which had all the details and counts. We were super ready, and felt great that we could respond with real numbers. The product pays off as it becomes a daily tool. We plan to swap out the pads to make them a medicine tracker as baby grows and continue using it for d drops and antibiotics.

These cubs have made our newborn journey so much easier! It honestly takes a lot to have to use an app constantly (not to mention remembering to), so remote logging has been a lifesaver. 4 stars just cause i think the price is a pretty steep and i have dealt with some glitches, although their customer support has helped correct my issues.

I've had this product for a little over two months now and I can honestly say purchasing these Cubs was the best investment I've ever made. The product is super easy to use and the functionality of the app is AMAZING. I bought the Sleep Cub first to track baby's sleep and then came back to buy the Medicine Cub to track my mom's medicine, so now my house has these little cute cubbies around for my partner, my mom and me to track. These Cubs make it effortless to log with a quick button press, and I've already been reminded for missing medicine. The app is also great for on-the-go logging, but you'd be surprised how handy it is to actually have this device right there with you!! On top of that the app is free, and for anything more advanced you can go for the premium which is not expensive for the feature set. In the app you also have Sleep Consultants and you can also schedule free sessions with them. We spoke to one of the consultants in the app, and she helped us put our baby's sleep into a proper routine. We love the Cubtale experience so far!
