Mitavo Ab Wheel, AB Wheel with Knee Pad

Requires a short and really easy self assembly. A tough exercise but with practice you will get good results! The wheel is well made and quite stable. I have a weight of 90 kg and it handles it pretty well :)

I'm really satisfied with quality of this product. The little knee rest, it's a nice touch. It is hard to do at first, but with a bit of perseverance I soon noticed a difference in my abs. Saw some videos in the internet and I was surprised by the versatility of this ab wheel, you can incorporate it into many exercises.

We have found these simple to use and easy to store and very good for exercising and toning muscles.

I just had difficulty in assembling it as the other grip is not able to fit in well but otherwise i can still use it and holds my weight well.

I try the abs roller at my friends and i liked it but my OH broke the plastic in the wheel and he rolled only once. So i was looking for stardy one. This one is very well made my OH and i duing excisizes since we bought and it is still good did not make any braking noises.After i used it i feel the pain in abs muscles for 3days. I think this the best invention for the people with limited free time. As you don’t have to do to many to feel your ABS working.

Nice MITAVO ABWHEEL. I’m exercising regularly, but wanted to try something different, so I have ordered this Ab wheel. I am very impressed. The quality is very good for this price and was very easy to put it together. It’s a good new experience for me and I can see results already. Very happy with my choice and I will recommend to my friends.

Easy to assemble. Easy to use. And as I have it at home I use it more often that I thought.

Assembly was perplexing as there's some kind of spacer ring that clearly isn't present in the assembly instructions and without which everything is a bit too big to fit together, but overall the product seems decently sturdy for the price, no issues with things falling apart yet and the rolling motion is nice and smooth.

Avendolo utilizzato in diverse palestre in passato, ho deciso di prendermene uno anche per casa. L'oggetto funziona a dovere e anche la rotazione delle ruote è ottimale. Gli esercizi che si possono fare con questo attrezzo sono molteplici e tutti facilmente reperibili in rete. Il consiglio che posso dare è quello di procedere per gradi se non si è allenati, non iniziate subito a fare gli esercizi più complessi o ad affondare subito a pieno la distensione del corpo se non si è mai fatto prima questo esercizio, ma cominciate con gli esercizi di base, in quanto il rischio di farsi male è sempre dietro l'angolo e soprattutto fare sempre adeguato riscaldamento muscolare prima di qualsiasi attività fisica.

Ich habe den Bauchroller bestellt für Tage, an denen ich nicht ins Fitnessstudio komme. Er trainiert ziemlich komplex viele Muskelgruppen, wenn man die Übungen richtig durchführt. Anfänger, die noch nicht trainiert haben und sehr wenig Muskeln an Bauch und Rücken haben, sollten sehr vorsichtig am Anfang trainieren. Wenn man aber schon oder dann durch vorsichtiges Training einen gewissen Grad an Muskelnivau hat, ist dieses kleine handliche Gerät perfekt zum Trainieren. Die mitgelieferte Kniematte ist super und auch notwendig. Der Bauchroller scheint eine super Qualität zu haben, bis jetzt ist alles fest und stabil. Er ist sehr leicht zu montieren. Die Räder hinterlassen beim Rollen keinerlei Spuren. Ich kann das Gerät nur jedem empfehlen, der seinen Rumpf stabilisieren und trainieren möchte: Daumen hoch!

Super produit, travail efficacement les abdominaux si on en fait assidument. La roue semble relativement solide et roule nickel ! Cependant, préférez peut-être un tapis de gym personnel plutôt que le tapis fourni avec la roue, que je ne trouve personnellement pas top top, même si ça reste un plus.

Perfecto para hacer abdominales, es estable, cómodo y seguro (es normal tener miedo las primeras veces, pero no te vas a caer ni nada, es 100% seguro). Yo peso bastante y a mi me aguanta sin problema. Las empuñaduras son de espuma muy cómodas. Rueda muy bien sin atrancarse. Viene desmontado, pero es muy muy sencillo montarlo. Trae por piezas: la barra central, las dos ruedas, el separador central y las dos empuñaduras, tienes que meterlas al fondo sin miedo, tiene que quedar todo compacto. Aún siendo fácil el montaje, trae un manual de montaje en español, pero yo no lo use jajaja. Trae también la esterilla (me sorprendió), que bueno es un detalle que lo traiga, aunque yo no lo uso para nada. DISFRUTA Y A TRABAJAR ESOS ABDOMINALES!!

When I received the product the wheels where covered in red stains, like it laid outside and rusty water ran over it. But I can not really complain to much, the product it self works great and is very sturdy.
