Sturdy cardboard. Love the side handles.

Not sure what I imagined the appearance or texture to be but this is not it HOWEVER for what it's worth…its useful for what I purchased it for. It was delivered on time, flat so you have to fold it in place, light weight and because it was delivered just wrapped in clear plastic (not the usual Amazon bag) there was a puncture. Not worth the drive to return so I will keep it since it is holding the file folders in place. Not sure if it will be fit or be sturdy when I add things, but maybe that's why I have two. Try it for yourself. I included my pictures for reference.

These are fine. Cheap and flimsy, but it’s not like they don’t tell you they come flat and you fold them into shape. Just be sure you move loaded ones with both hands in the handles, I was a little rough with one and it sort of collapsed and made a crease in the side. Still works, but it would take much more abuse for me to want to replace it. Other than that it does the job fine

Item as expected quality-wise, but both arrived damaged. For the price paid, it’s not a huge deal and not worth returning because I can just turn the damaged sides against the wall.
