This is a very mild jerk seasoning not a lot of the curry flavor that you get in a Jamaican jerk. It's very versatile and I use it all the time.

My favorite seasoning blend. Rub it on beef, pork or chicken and BBQ or smoke it. Great in a creamy pasta too!

This adds a nice jerk taste to whatever you’re making, I made shrimp and while i’ve had authentic jerk shrimp, and while in my opinion freshly made spiced are always tastier this was still extremely tasty and close enough for me at home when i’m in the mood for that tasty jerk flavor, been using this brand a long time, good quality, the spices have a little kick but not too hot, just enough for flavor, reasonable price and size sold me and was definitely worth it and will be using again.

I use it on a lot of things, like most people would use pepper.
