Thank you! I am on my second order of this flour. I make sourdough bread and this gives it an extra special taste and texture. I call it my secret ingredient. I am so thankful that I can get this malted bread flour. The shipping takes a little longer, but it is coming from England, so I found it to be speedy from that distance.

These is a great flour for baking.unfortunately it wasn’t properly packaged and the inside of the bag was ripped and flour everywhere I had to throw it out
