So here’s how this went. I’ve heard for years that “some green stuff you smoke is great for cancer.” Naturally, I assumed these Soursop Graviola Dried Leaves were just the latest plant you roll up and pretend you’re a wellness guru with a lighter. Wrong. So very wrong. Trying to smoke them is basically like setting fire to a compost pile—harsh, acrid, and likely to make your neighbors question your life choices. Brewed properly, they make a mellow tea that tastes earthy, almost soothing, and way less suspicious than the alternative. No clear brewing instructions for clueless people like me who apparently can’t distinguish between a tea blend and a blunt refill.

Soursop has many benefits. Most likely will buy again.

After receiving the leaves it was so easy to use when following the directions. The leaves had a good color to them. My energy was at an even level. It really helped me sleep during menstrual time and dealing with perimenopause. Was easy to digest with my almond milk and zero calorie sugar. Very effective and gentle at the same time.

This tea has a really good flavor. I bought this for the health benefits so the review of that is to be seen. All I can say at this point is that the tea taste good, so you don’t have to make yourself drink it! I’ll add to this review once I find if the tea is beneficial.
