So far so good. I am an active 49yrs old woman, I workout 5 days a week, some cardio but mostly weight lifting. My weight was stacked at 171lbs for the past year or so regardless of what I did. I have started taking these pills over a month ago and I now weight 168lbs. I can't 💯 say it was the pills but that is the only thing I have added to my routine. Also, energy levels are up.
