Adds a lot to the workout
My son has added these to his Muay Thai workout and says it really adds a lot of oomph. He was definitely feeling it the next day after using for the first time.

Disappointed
I bought this a couple of months ago for my grandson. I gave it to him today for Christmas and it is completely broken. None of the clips are attached at all. He can not use this at all. Very disappointed.

Work Well but Stretched one of the bands within a couple weeks
They work as stated. There's a decent bit of give to them and they're helpful for building speed, strength and endurance. I did have to buy a replacement after repeated use as I stretched out one of the bands. Be sure to snap punches not push them or your technique will suffer when you take the bands off.

Poor quality
This product is of very poor quality. Some of the stitching on the velcro was missing and coming away in other places when we opened it. One of the foot attachments is wrong sided so that can't be used. Altogether this is totally rubbish.
