So delicious and came packed in ice
Our favorite snack! So delicious and I can’t find it in stores. I wish they would bring it back to Amazon. They came impressively packed in an insulted cooler with ice packs. We hope to order again soon!

Did not receive entire order
The carrots are delicious. However, we ordered a 12 pack and only received 1 pack. The total amount paid was nearly $40.00 so we would like to get the remainder of our order please.

Not refrigerated
The first time I ordered these, they came in a cooler with an ice pack. Thus time it was just the big and no ice pack. The website says they should stay refrigerated so I'm not sure if we should even eat them. Very disappointing and worried.

The website says the pouches need to be kept refrigerated. It did not come with ice packets.
