Hi there many thanks for your question, yes you are able to leave your home in this Will either as a specific gift or part of your residuary estate. Just make sure you keep your will up to date as if you leave a property to someone with a specific address and then move before your death the gift will fail, to get over this you could say ‘I leave the property I reside in at the time of my death to’ etc. Hope that’s helps
