There’s a good selection of sizes and colors and they’re easy to keep clean. There aren’t any obvious ridges and little corners that could complicate cleaning. They each come with a cover so that covers the safety criteria. They’re made from quality steel and are cheap enough that I don’t have any buyers guilt or regret.

Very nice set of knives. Very sharp and good grip. The sleeve is designed to cover the entire blade, when I put it on upside down part of the blade was showing. Easy to clean. I've only used two so far. Not sure what it will be like to attempt to sharpen them.
