Been using this for years, put a little dash in with my saline for the netti pot, use as a mouth rinse when gums get irritated, a little pinch under the tongue when feeling run down...... if you can get past the smell, kinda like rotten eggs.

I’m really impressed with this 9X Roasted Bamboo Salt. It is not something that I've heard of before but I figured I'd check it out. It has a solid premium feel both to the package and to the product and presentation. Flavor seems decent but there is a bit of a smell to it. Plenty of applications for use both for cooking and wellness. This is a premium product that truly feels worth the investment, offering both flavor and a sense of mindful nourishment.

These are roasted so taste is a bit more tolerable to drink compared to others has helped tremendously for my detox as this is well worth the price for the better salt and mineral quality that this Korean Insan offers.

This bamboo salt is definitely unique, I use it for all kinds of things, from cooking to rinsing gums to adding a pinch to a neti pot. It has a strong sulfur smell, kind of like rotten eggs, but you get used to it quickly. The salt is super fine, almost powdery, and extremely strong in flavor, so you only need a tiny amount. I love the deep, earthy, smoky taste it adds to food, especially traditional dishes like kimchi, meat, or fish. It can also be used for wellness purposes, like soothing sore throats or making skincare scrubs. Even though it’s very expensive, it lasts a long time because a little goes a long way, and the careful, traditional process used to make it explains the price. It's a special, high-quality salt with a bold taste and lots of different uses, perfect for adventurous cooks or anyone interested in natural remedies.

What a treat to try such a unique and delicious salt. I was intrigued to read about the laborious process of producing this salt - baking in bamboo nine times over the course of three years! As described, this salt definitely exudes a sulfurous aroma, but it is very easy to get used to the scent such that it barely stands out. The salt is of an unusual texture - definitely not granular or flakey - that is slightly dusty or powdery. The salt has a very unique taste that hints of smoky earthiness that I imagine comes from all the baking in bamboo. It is incredibly salty and flavorful, even in the tiniest speck. The price is high, but you will not need a lot to lend intense flavor to your food when cooking. I find it to be very complex and delicious. The quality of this product is apparent from the moment that you receive this product from the packaging to the thoughtful inclusion of a small travel-size bottle. This salt can be used for cooking delicious food, but I also used this for gargling, which soothed my sore throat - very versatile in its possible uses. This is an excellent and unique salt. It is quite pricey, but given the effort and time needed to create this, it is understandable. I find this to be delicious salt and recommend it for seasoning a nice piece of meat or fish. Recommended.

My friend recommended this that it is the best salt he ever tried. Well it was a little too much hype but this was actually pretty good! I read about all the health benefits and it looks wonderful! Ill enjoy this for sure
